Bet on the NFL Super Bowl XLV weekend is almost here, and we’ve got the info you need for Super Bowl betting. The Pittsburgh Steelers will represent the AFC against the Green Bay Packers who took the top spot for the NFC.

The forty-fifth annual Super Bowl is this Sunday, February 6th in Dallas, Texas.  The Steelers ended the regular NFL season at the top of the AFC North with a 12-4 regular season record. In the post season they beat the Baltimore Ravens 31-24 at home for the Division Playoffs. The following week they hosted the New York Jets and took the win 24-19 in the Conference Championships, right after the Jets knocked the Super Bowl favorites, the New England Patriots out of the running. Here is how it all went down:

The Pittsburgh Steelers took down the Baltimore Ravens last Saturday in the Divisional Playoffs at 31-24. For the first 30 minutes, both units could share the blame for the 14-point deficit. Pittsburgh's defense gave up a 68-yard drive and permitted two third-down conversions during another touchdown march. The offense committed two turnovers, including a fumble by Roethlisberger that Baltimore defensive end Cory Redding turned into a score. This was their first game of this years’ playoff season, as they earned a bye week in Wild Card Weekend. This was be the Steelers’ 15th AFC Championship Title game. The Conference Championship game was the second time these two teams have played, the first coming in week 15 where the Jets walked away from Heinz Field with a 22-17 win.

Now the Steelers are in Dallas and prepping for what everyone expects to be a very, very close game. Sportsbook has the spread at minus three in favor of Green Bay, with the total over under at 44.5. Online Sportsbook lists the Steelers as the +1.5 underdogs in the first half of the game, with the total over under at 22.5.

As for their injured, Aaron Smith, who has been out since Week 7 with an injured tricepts is about to undergo an MRI this week to see if he will be able to join his teammates on the field. Although the Pittsburgh Gazette has already stated that he will not be playing in the Bowl, Smith himself hasn’t given up hope yet.
