Bet on the NFLThe Pittsburgh Steelers were already down 13-0 midway through the second quarter in their home game against the Houston Texans on Monday. The Steelers would eventually take over to get a 24-13 lead at the half in less than five minutes. This all came en route to a 30-23 victory to bring the Steelers to a 4-3 record while the Texans fell to 3-4.

The game started with a short touchdown pass from the Texans' Ryan Fitzpatrick to Alfred Blue and then two field goals from Randy Bullock. The Steelers would then turn things on in the second part of the second quarter.

With 3:13 left in the half, Shaun Suisham got a 44-yard field goal to put the Steelers on the board. After a three-and-out from the Texans, Ben Roethlisberger had two passes for 63 yards with a 35-yarder going to Martavis Bryant for a touchdown with 1:36 left.

Two plays and seventeen seconds later, Arian Foster fumbled the ball for the Texans as Sean Spence recovered it on the Texans' three-yard-line. This led to Roethlisberger handing the ball to Antonio Brown who then threw a touchdown pass to Lance Moore.

Finally, Fitzpatrick threw an interception to Brett Keisel on the first play on the resulting possession. This led to two passes from Roethlisberger for eight yards with a touchdown going to Le'Veon Bell.

This gave the Steelers 24 points in a little more than three minutes. The teams traded the ball on punts or field goals for much of the rest of the game as the Steelers held on to win 30-23.

The Texans did make an effort as Foster had a late touchdown run. Also, Whitney Mercilus had two sacks against Roethlisberger. However, Brown had 90 receiving yards on nine receptions while Bell had 88 receiving yards on eight catches to go with the 57 rushing yards he had during the game. The Steelers' Troy Polamalu also got a fumble recovery off of Deandre Hopkins.

The Steelers successfully cleared the -3 line for the game. The game also went past the over/under of 44.5 points for the game.
