Bet on the NFLWeek 7 of the 2010 NFL season features the Cleveland Browns vs. the reigning champs, the New Orleans Saints. Cleveland Browns coach Eric Mangini expects rookie QB Colt McCoy to start for the second consecutive time, for this weekends road game. Although McCoy made his debut last week going only 23 for 33 with 281 yards passing, one single touchdown and two interceptions, Mangini says he was still pleased with the rookies performance.

The choice to start McCoy again however, is more likely due to the fact that both Seneca Wallace and Jake Delhomme are dealing with ankle injuries. Lucky for them though, next week is a bye week, just in time to heal up and prep for week nine, when they take on the New England Patriots.

Those aren’t the only injuries the Browns are currently dealing with. Wide Receivers Josh Cribbs and Mohamed Massaquoi are out with concussions after taking a hit from linebacker James Harrison of the Steelers last Sunday. Harrison was dealt a $75,000 fine by the NFL for the hit on Massaquoi.

The Browns also recently placed defensive end Robair Smith and offensive tackle Tony Pashos on the season-ending injured reserve list.

In recent Saints news, quarterback Drew Brees and his wife Brittany welcome their newest family addition, a son named Bowen. The Saints come into the weekend off of a big win in week 6 vs. Tampa Bay. Sportsbook lists the Saints as the big road favorites for this game at minus 13 with the over under listed at 40.
