Bet on the NBAThe Memphis Grizzlies will celebrate Halloween in Tinseltown tonight, as they travel west to begin the NBA season against the Los Angeles Clippers. The first toss up of the sphere in the Staples Center should occur at 10:35 PM ET.

These two teams met in the first round of last years playoffs where the Clippers sent the Grizzlies packing after 7 tough contests between the pair. Neither had enjoyed much postseason play previously, but that appears to have now changed.

Memphis, who was 41-25 last season, allowed guard O.J. Mayo to flee to Dallas. They then picked up guard Wayne Ellington in a trade. They will once again feature the trio of Mike Conley Jr., Marc Gasol (Pau's brother) and last years leading score Rudy Gay. Big man Darrell Arthur returns after missing last season with a torn Achilles which should help out in the post.

Memphis has dropped an amazing 11 consecutive season openers.

The Clippers are 3.5 point (-$110) home favorites from sportsbook, and the O/U is 187.5, also -$110.
