Access:
You can check the status of your Points rewarded and request the redemption of these points anytime through your Bet Royal account. You can also call our Customer Service Department, and we will be glad to help you check or redeem your Loyalty Points.
Participation:
• You will have a Reward Account for your Loyalty Points as soon as your account has been accepted and you make your initial $50 deposit.
• The conditions that apply to you regarding our Loyalty Program will be established by us and modified when necessary.
Earning Points:
It is very easy to earn Loyalty Points. You will earn 1 (one) Loyalty Point for every dollar you win on straight bets, props and money lines. When it comes to other exotic bets like teasers or parlays, you will earn 1 (one) Loyalty Point for every dollar you win or every dollar you risk (it will be the lowest amount in every case).
• Before you can request a payout, you must bet the amount of money won through our Loyalty Program 5 times.
Redemption:
• You will be able to redeem your Loyalty Points by betting the amount you have earned a certain number of times. Please visit for more information about our Loyalty Points redemption structure.
• The Loyalty Points you earn can not be transferred to other accounts or combined with other accounts to be redeemed.
• All your free bets must be played before you can redeem more Loyalty Points.
