NHL hockey wagering fans have the choice of Nashville or San Jose, teams with highly different circumstances against the NHL hockey lines. The Nashville Predators are fighting for their NHL hockey wagering post season lives.
Nashville is one of 6 teams in the western conference that is within 2 points of each other in a fight for the final two post season slots. The Predators had a NHL hockey wagering mark of 33-30-2-3 straight up and 33-35 against the NHL hockey lines.
Nashville was on a nice NHL hockey wagering streak from February 21 through March 5 in which they got the cash in 6 consecutive games. But from there they lost the next 3 consecutive NHL hockey wagering decisions that followed to fall out of the top 8. Nashville had a road NHL hockey wagering mark of 12-18-0-2.
The Predators have been a decent “under” team with a mark of 28-40 under the total. Nashville’s NHL hockey wagering weakness has been their 27th ranked offense while their defense ranked a solid 11th.
The San Jose Sharks spent most of the NHL hockey wagering season way out in front of the western conference standings but have since come back down to earth and now trail Detroit for the top spot. Throughout the season San Jose has been one of the worst values in all of NHL hockey wagering.
The Sharks had a record of 43-13-6-4 straight up but were just 27-39 against the NHL hockey lines. San Jose did have a stellar NHL hockey wagering mark of 26-3-3-1 at home. The Sharks are strong on both ends of the ice as they ranked 5th overall on offense and 4th overall on defense.
Since February 28 San Jose got the cash in just 1 out of 6 games. Joe Thornton has had the big year for San Jose with 20 goals and 54 assists. Patrick Marleau has also come up huge with 35 goals and 32 assists.
