Bet on the NFL The Carolina Panthers hit the road for Tampa Bay this weekend. They have lost the last two games in a row, to the Saints at home last weekend, 34-3, and to the Rams on the road in Week 8 20-10.

The Bucs also lost in Week 9 on the road vs. the Falcons, but had a couple consecutive wins prior to that.  Defense has been solid for the Carolina Panthers, giving up just over 100 yards rushing per game and they have held the opposition to just under 180 yards passing per game. The Carolina Panthers are one of only a select few teams to be holding NFL offenses under 300 yards per game this season.

Betting on Football tip:  the Bucs have the advantage over the Panthers defense.  With Mike Williams who is quickly becoming the number one receiver, and LaGarrette Blount could be the punishing back Raheem Morris has been looking to start.

Sportsbook lists the Bucs as the minus 4 point home favorites this weekend.

Defending the run is the main weakness of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. They are giving up over 145 yards per game on the ground but their pass defense led by Super Bowl veteran Ronde Barber has been their best asset. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers defensive secondary has only given up a little over 200 yards through the air ranking them among the top tier of secondaries in the NFL.

Coach John Fox has flip flopped on quarterbacks and his running game is suffering horribly. Jonathan Stewart was knocked unconscious in last weeks game against the New Orleans Saints and this will leave them with a depleted back field heading into this game.
