The Steelers come into this game after winning their home opener over the New York Jets, 27-10. The Steelers defense shut down the Jets, allowing one touchdown and one field goal the entire game. QB Ben Roethlisberger threw an efficient game, going 24-of-31, for 275 yards, and 2 touchdowns. Pittsburgh held a 331-219 edge in offensive yards, and held onto the ball for 13 more minutes than New York. Although they were able to defeat the Jets, the Steelers have run for just 75 and 66 yards over the first 2 games of the season.
