Bet on the NFLNFL odds were beaten yet again by the Indianapolis Colts and New Orleans Saints as both teams remain undefeated straight up heading into the NFL betting season stretch run. NFL odds have also gone well with Brett Favre and the Minnesota Vikings as they scored an easy NFL betting payout over the Chicago Bears.
Indianapolis beat the NFL odds with a 35-27 win at Houston as 3.5-point NFL betting favorites. The Texans were hoping for their first ever playoff berth but now have a straight up NFL football betting mark of 5-6.
In a much anticipated Monday night matchup with the NFL odds the New Orleans Saints clobbered the New England Patriots 38-17 as 3-point home favorites. The Patriots are down noticeably this year although still of playoff quality. The explosive Saints offense has looked unstoppable with the NFL odds.
The Vikings 36-10 win over the Bears has put Chicago coach Lovie Smith on the hot seat. Quarterback Jay Cutler was considered to be the Bears’ missing piece of the puzzle with the NFL odds but he has regressed badly. Cutler’s former Denver coach Mike Shanahan is rumored to be heading to the Windy City for 2010.

Green Bay, Dallas, and Denver all earned important wins with the NFL odds on Thanksgiving to get back into firm contention for the playoffs. The Packers have looked impressive with three straight wins with the NFL odds since their humiliating loss at then winless Tampa Bay.
Dallas is in firm control of the NFC East while Denver stopped a 4-game losing streak in beating the struggling Giants, who are in danger of missing the playoffs after being touted as Super Bowl material. Philadelphia had a near scare in their 27-24 home win over the Washington Redskins as 9-point favorites. Although they are 3-8 straight up the Redskins are playing hard and have gotten the cash in 3 consecutive games.
