Bet on the NFL NFL betting Week 15 gives us a matchup in the AFC East -- the last place Bills travel to Miami to take on the Dolphins in third place.
The Buffalo Bills have been led this year by Ryan Fitzpatrick to a respectable standing in the NFL. Three weeks are left in the regular season and the Buffalo team is looking more and more like it will finish the year strong. While they are ranked low for their running game -- 110 yards per game -- they have improved markedly with their passing game -- 210 yards per game on average.
The Dophins defense, on the other hand, has been the most reliable aspect of the team so far this year. They are able to shut down other squads on the edges and allow an average of 200 yards through passing. Running teams have had an equally difficult time, as Miami has allowed just 100 yards on average per game. A key addition to the team has been Karlos Dansby, who is making a splash with the Dolphins his first year.
For sportsbook fans, the Dolphins defense has a distinct advantage over the Bills offense.
Fans of the Miami team have been on a bit of bumpy ride over the past few years, and 2010-2011 is no different. The Dolphins running game has had to pick up the slack with Marshall out and a weakened passing game. Ricky Williams and Ronnie Brown have also been held down this year to less than 110 rushing yards on average per game. Will they finally wake up this week against the Bills, a team that is known to give up a ton of running yards?
