Bet on the NFLThe rivalry between the Dallas Cowboys and Washington Redskins is one of the most prominent ones in the NFL. The two NFC East teams have met each other more than a hundred times dating back to 1960.
However, both teams are headed in totally different directions. The Cowboys are 6-1 and have the best record in all of the NFL. The Redskins are 2-5 and are struggling to figure out what to do at quarterback. These two will be facing off at AT&T Stadium in Arlington this Monday night.
The Cowboys' DeMarco Murray has made a massive impact for the team this year. He has run for 100 yards or more in each game this year, totaling 913 yards and seven touchdowns. This has been a big part of the Boys' six-game winning streak.
The Cowboys have also been causing quite a number of turnovers on defense with the team getting five fumble recoveries and seven interceptions. Dan Bailey is also one of the league's most efficient kickers as he is 14-15 in field goals. His only miss was a 50+ yard attempt.
Although the Redskins broke a four-game losing streak with a 19-17 win over Tennessee last weekend, the team has issues at the quarterback position. Kirk Cousins has ten touchdowns versus nine interceptions this year. There have been talks of the Skins possibly either getting Robert Griffin III back this week or even sticking with Colt McCoy as their quarterback instead. Griffin was upgraded to questionable recently over his ankle injury.
The Redskins have 290 passing yards per game in spite of this quarterback controversy. DeSean Jackson, Pierre Garcon and Niles Paul are all totaling at least 350 yards so far this year with Jackson taking the lead with 528. On defense, Ryan Kerrigan has 6.5 sacks, thus making him one of the most proficient stars in the league in that category.
The Dallas Cowboys are clear favorites to win this match. The Cowboys are at -10 with a 49.5 point over/under for the game.
