Bet on the NFLOn Sunday, January 12th 2014 from the Bank of America Stadium (73,778) located in uptown Charlotte, North Carolina and the home of the Carolina Panthers NFL Franchise hosts the annual Belk Bowl and the ACC Championship Game.  Sunday, the San Francisco 49ERS (12-4, 5-1 2nd NFC West) visit the Carolina PANTHERS (12-4, 5-1 1st NFC South) with this playoff game scheduled to kick-off at 1:05 pm ET and on FOX TV.

At Bet Royall the odds are slightly favored the San Francisco 49’ers and if you Bet on NFL, the Sportbook has them at -1 ½ with the total 43 and -125 for the money line.  Certainly, the 49ers must be happy to be playing this game in southeast USA after the freezing conditions at Green Bay’s Lambeau Field.

The weather may not be a factor in this game, but it will not be any easy contest win as was the win in the Wild Card round with Green Bay which San Francisco won 23-20! The 49’ers are hoping that they are able to start Crabtree and Davis whom both were unable to play against the Packers as the 49’ers are much harder to stop on offense when these two are in the lineup.   San Francisco has developed a complete new offense after their loss to the Panthers 10-9 back in early November,  which was Carolina’ fifth consecutive win.  In that game 49’ers @ QB Kaepernick did not have one of his best days as he was only 11 for 22 passes for a total of  91 yards.  They manage a field goal in the 1st quarter and two field goals in the second quarter and were blanked in the 3rd & 4th quarters.

The experts at the Sportbook state that if the Carolina Panthers want to win this game they certainly will need to score more than the 10 points they made in their previous meeting with the 49’ers.  That is not an easy task as now the San Francisco defense is one of the best in the league and holding off the opponent's offense as the 20 points they allowed in the Green Bay in the wild card game indicates.  On the other hand the Carolina defense is one that will not allow the 49’ers QB too much time in the pocket as their pass rush is superb to that of Breen Bay.  A plus in this game for Carolina will be the return of WR Smith and RB Stewart. This will be a very hard fought offensive game and the defense that shows up will win the game.
