The Chicago Bears travel to Miami to take on the Dolphins in week 11. The Dolphins have recently signed veteran quarterback Patrick Ramsey, to try and help improve their line up. They are coming off a big win and their highest point total of the season last weekend, when they beat the Titans 29-17. The Chicago Bears will attempt to stage a comeback in the second half of the season as they travel to Miami to take on the Miami Dolphins Thursday night November 18. The Chicago Bears need to work on their offensive line in the NFL Draft for 2011 because this crew in front of Jay Cutler has been non existent for the 2010 NFL season. Cutler has either been on his back or running for his life all season long.

The Miami Dolphins gave up on Chad Henne and returned to Chad Pennington. Then Pennington left the game against the Tennessee Titans with what looked like a separated shoulder and Henne was also hurt. Enter the one and only Tyler Thigpen to save the day. The Tennessee Titans defense was good at knocking out quarterbacks but not stopping the Miami Dolphins offense.

The Chicago Bears now have sole possession of first place in the NFC North. The Bears once again struggled to run the ball but they did look better on the offensive line against the Minnesota Vikings.

The Miami Dolphins defense has been solid this season. They have given up just over 100 yards per game on the ground and just over 200 yards per game through the air. The defense is anchored by Karlos Dansby who has been steady but not spectacular in the middle of the field. Dansby has been active as a run stopper and breaking up underneath passing routes.

The Chicago Bears offense has been uninspiring this season under the guidance of Mike Martz. Martz may be a great offensive mind but if the offensive line does not keep the defense in check it does not matter. Matt Forte has shown some promise this season but he has been missing in action the last few games. Forte is a great pass catching back out of the back field but cannot get involved in a sustained running attack. The Miami Dolphins defense has the slight edge over the Chicago Bears offense.

The Chicago Bears defense has been their saving grace this season. The return of Brian Urlacher and addition of Julius Peppers on the defensive line have made the Chicago Bears defense one of the top three or four defenses in the NFL. The front line flushes the quarterbacks out of the pocket and the linebackers clean them up on the outside.

Brandon Marshall has been under used by the Miami Dolphins offense this season, Chad Pennington working as the number one quarterback should be in good shape for this game. It will be his second full week working with the number one offense and he should be in good form. The wild cat run by Ronnie Brown is still the Miami Dolphins bread and butter play but Pennington could bring an added dimension. The Chicago Bears defense has the edge over the Miami Dolphins offense.

Sportsbook lists the Dolphins are the minus 1.5 point favorites with the total over under at 39.5.
