Bet on the NFL Both teams are coming off two consecutive wins, with 6-2 records as they go into a Week 10 Thursday night game, and battle for the top of the NFC South.

Week 10 is truly a battle for the NFC South as the Ravens beat the Cowboys this Sunday, giving them their first road loss of the season. Dolphins linebacker Channing Crowder was heated Sunday night claiming that Ravens fullback Le’Rob McClain spit in his face. McClain denied the spitting, but Dolphins defensive end Kendall Langford backed up Crowder’s claim. Crowder also went on to say that was the first time anyone every spit in his face, and was the worst thing that one man could do to another. If tapes reveal that McClain did in fact spit in Crowder’s face, then he could be facing a fine or even a suspension.

In recent football news for the Falcons news, wide receiver Roddy White went down with a mild knee injury in the first quarter on Sunday. With the Falcons backed up to their 1-yard line, White caught a pass from Matt Ryan for an 11-yard gain, but he landed awkwardly after Tampa Bay's Quincy Black tackled him.

The Falcons medical staff had White try out a couple of different braces before he had his right knee taped. White entered the game leading the league with 54 receptions. He finished with a season-low four catches for 49 yards. In his previous outing, he had 11 catches for 201 yards and two touchdowns against Cincinnati.

Cornerback Dunta Robinson returned to the lineup after missing the previous game against Cincinnati. He sat out because of a concussion suffered after he put a violent hit on Philadelphia's DeSean Jackson on Oct. 17.  Namely Tampa Bay kickoff returner Michael Spurlock, who had four returns for 209 yards, including an 89-yard touchdown, gave them grief.

The Ravens do know how to run a ball, so when sports betting keep this in mind.

Since the game is played Thursday night, the Ravens have only one day to physically prepare for the Falcons.  Atlanta is not a big team up front on the interior lines, so most likely the Ravens will try to push them around as far as pounding the ball. It won't be pretty, but it's an easy way to prepare and win the game.
