Bet on NCAAFWhile the Oregon Ducks have held a 9-1 record with one of the most dynamic offenses in all of college football, the Ducks are only second in the College Football Playoff Rankings list. In fact, the team only has one first-place vote in the Associated Press poll. The Ducks are going to try and convince the playoff selection committee and many voters that they're better than Alabama as they host the 2-8 Colorado Buffaloes in Eugene.
In addition to this being the Ducks' last game at Autzen Stadium this year, it may be the last game for quarterback Marcus Mariota. He is one of the top Heisman candidates this year and has a real shot at being the top pick in the upcoming NFL Draft. He has 29 touchdowns versus two interceptions and has 2,780 passing yards.
The Ducks have scored 40 points or more in all but two of their games. Running back Royce Freeman also has fourteen touchdowns and 945 rushing yards.
The Ducks will be hoping to blow out the Colorado Buffaloes in the hopes of improving their status. The Buffaloes have lost their last six games with two of them in double overtime. They have given up 35 or more points in eight games this year. Wide receiver Nelson Spruce has eleven touchdowns and 1,091 yards for the team. Also, Sefo Liufau has 26 touchdowns versus 14 interceptions.
The lines for the game are expected to be extremely lofty. In fact, some sportsbooks may not even carry the game at all. Most places that do actually have it up for betting have the game listed at -32.5 in favor of the Ducks. Also, the over/under for the game is at 72.5 points. Whether or not the Ducks will actually double up the Buffaloes is a good question but one point for certain is that the Ducks will do what they can to convince the selection committee that they deserve the #1 spot while they are in the playoffs.
