College basketball bets on the Penn State/Purdue matchup will have significant post season college basketball betting implications. Penn State has been one of the surprise teams that gamblers can make college basketball bets with and they have a shot at a rare post season appearance while Purdue is in a similar position but has not been as good of a college basketball betting value.
