Bet on the NBAThe men from the Motor City head across Lake Michigan to visit Chicago in an intra division matchup between the Detroit Pistons and the Bulls at the United Center. Tip off is scheduled for 8:00ET.

Chicago rules the Central Division, while Detroit hangs around the bottom, just percentage points ahead of the cellar dweller Cleveland Cavaliers. The Pistons trail the Bulls by a whopping 22 games. Speaking of the lowly Cavs, they were the Pistons' last opponent on Wednesday night, with Detroit emerging victoriou 87-75.

In that one, Tayshaun Prince scored 29 points and had 8 rebounds for Detroit. Brandon Knight contributed 16 points and 5 assists. Center Greg Monroe grabbed 10 boards, with the Pistons outrebounding Cleveland by a 49-48 margin. Big Ben Wallace had 4 blocks. Kyrie Irving had 22 points and a career best 9 rebounds for the losers.  Detroit was without Ben Gordon, with a sore groin, to start this one and lost Rodney Stuckey in the first quarter with a bad hamstring. It is doubtful whether either will see action tonight against Chicago.

The Bulls came back nicely from their disappointing home loss to Denver on Monday, by travelling to Atlanta on Wednesday and beating the Hawks like a drum 98-77.  Still missing Derrick Rose with his own groin issues and Rip Hamilton, Chicago's bench mob stepped up to provide the necessary spark in this win.

Backup center Omar Asik grabbed 6 rebounds in just over 15 minutes. John Lucas III, helping out during the Rose absence, had 10 points and 5 assists and forward Taj Gibson had 19 points and 6 rebounds of his own. D-Rose will again miss tonights game, but it is possible Rip Hamilton will see some action against his former employer after missing the last 12 with a sore shoulder.

The Roseless Bulls continue to coast through the season with the leagues best record of 41-11, leading the Miami Heat by 3.5 games in the Eastern Conference. They have won 8 of their last 10 and are 20-5 at the " Madhouse on Madison ".

Chicago is a prohibitive 9.5 point home favorite with the sportsbook on a $110 wager to win $100. Another bet of $110 will be required on the over/under of 182.
