Bet on the NBAThe Orlando Magic will be traveling on Tuesday to take on the Charlotte Bobcats at the Time Warner Cable Arena.
This is the second time the two teams have met this year. The Magic won both games. The Magic are in second place in the Southeast division with a 25-14 record. They are four games behind the division-leading Miami Heat. The Bobcats are in last place in the division with a 4-31 record.
The Magic are only 3-2 in their last five games. Their last game was a 92-88 win over Toronto on Monday.
The big story with the Orlando Magic continues to be whether or not Dwight Howard is actually going to stay in Orlando next year. Howard leads the Magic in several categories. He has 20.8 points per game, 14.9 rebounds per game, 2.2 blocks in each game and 1.5 steals. However, he is making less than half his free throws.
Ryan Anderson is not too far off from Howard. He is second on the Magic with 16.3 points per game.
The Charlotte Bobcats have become the favorites to land the top pick in the 2012 NBA Draft. The team has lost five in a row and even had a sixteen game losing streak earlier this year. The team's last game was on Sunday when the New Jersey Nets beat them 104-101 off of Deron Williams' 57 points. Much of the talk this season has even been devoted to whether or not owner Michael Jordan should step down from the team.
Gerald Henderson and Corey Maggette are both getting around 14 points a game for the Bobcats. However, the team has a league-worst 86.7 points in each game.
The Magic are the clear favorites for the game with a -9.5 favorite status with a -110 payout. The Bobcats are also at a -110 payout for a +9.5 underdog bet. The over/under for the game is 189. The moneyline bets have not been released but the Bobcats could have a +300 or greater bet if they are to be released.
