Bet on the NBAThe Oklahoma City Thunder has the best record in the Western Conference with a 34-12 record. The Thunder will be hosting the Los Angeles Clippers at the Chesapeake Energy Arena on Wednesday night.
This is the second game that the two teams have played each other in this year. The Clippers won 112-100 on January 30 in Los Angeles.
Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook continue to be the top-scoring tandem in the NBA. Durant has 27.5 points per game while Westbrook has 23.9. Westbrook also leads with 5.4 assists in each game. Derrick Fisher is also planning on joining the Thunder. However, he will not be ready for tonight's game. He still has to clear waivers with the Los Angeles Lakers.
The Los Angeles Clippers have also struggled in March. The Clippers are 6-7 in March. This includes a 102-89 loss to Indiana on Tuesday.
The numbers between Blake Griffin and Chris Paul are not as dominant as with the Durant-Westbrook duo but they are still strong. Griffin and Paul are respectively getting 21.2 and 19.7 points per game. Paul also has 8.4 assists while Griffin has 10.9 rebounds. Mo Williams is also getting more playing time off of the bench. This has helped him to get 13.8 points per game.
The amazing part of this matchup is that the Thunder is a very strong favorite for the sportsbook in spite of the two teams being as competitive as they have been this year. Oklahoma City has a -8.5 advantage over the Clippers. The Thunder also has a -450 moneyline bet with a +325 bet for the Clippers. The game features an over/under of 196. This may be a close game and it will be one that should definitely be considered.
