• The Customer will take absolute responsibility for any unauthorized or incorrect use of the reward Loyalty Points.
• BetRoyal.com will take final authority regarding the interpretation of the Terms and Conditions for the Loyalty Program.
•If an exception to the rules and terms of the Loyalty Program is accepted, this will not mean that BetRoyal.com has abandoned any rights to administer the Loyalty Program in the future.
• Our Loyalty Program and points redemptions will not be valid where prohibited by the law.
• You may not purchase Loyalty Points to accumulate them and have them redeemed.
• Affiliation to the program and all associated benefits are given at our own discernment.
• BetRoyal.com has the final authority to terminate the Loyalty Program at any time if considered necessary.
• BetRoyal.com has the right to change Terms and Conditions and any features or rules related to the Loyalty Program. Changes can be made without previous notice, even when those changes could affect the Loyalty Points already accumulated. This includes (but is not limited to) time limits to collect or use Loyalty Points, restrictions, fees or taxes.
• BetRoyal.com reserves the right to refuse to record or redeem Loyalty Points when there is not a way to confirm that those points were obtained in a proper way, according to our Rules and conditions.
• The responsibility of reviewing the BetRoyal.com Member Agreement page and checking any modifications that could have been made to this Agreement belongs to the Customer.
•BetRoyal.com may terminate your Loyalty Program Membership if your BetRoyal.com account does not record Loyalty Points for 6 months or more.
•BetRoyal.com may terminate your Loyalty Program Membership, as well as cancel your Loyalty Points, if it is determined that you have violated any of our Terms and Conditions, abused the privileges granted by this Program, committed any kinds of fraud or acts in detriment of BetRoyal.com or our Affiliates and suppliers to the Loyalty Program.
•You may not redeem reward Loyalty Points that have been cancelled by BetRoyal.com for any reason. There will be no compensation for these cancelled points either.
Privacy Statement:
• In order to incorporate you to our Loyalty Program, we must gather some personal information: name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, date of birth and transaction information. This data will be used in order to validate your Loyalty Program Account (for which we must confirm that you are 18 years old or over) and to keep in touch with you for important messages. You may be asked to provide more information voluntarily through surveys or other similar methods. You will be able to choose whether you want to provide that information or not. In case you choose not to disclose your personal information, your Loyalty Program account will not be affected in any way. We may also use the provided data to promote additional BetRoyal.com services or products sporadically.
• BetRoyal will not sell, rent or give your information to any individuals or organizations.
• You will be able to inform BetRoyal.com via e-mail or calling 1-800-360-1111 in case you do not want to receive promotional mailings or calls.
Limitation of Liability:
NONE OF THE COMPANIES IN CORPORATE PARTNERING WITH BETROYAL.COM WILL BE LIABLE TO YOU REGARDING BETROYAL.COM OBLIGATIONS. THESE COMPANIES INCLUDE (BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO): CO-MARKETING, CO-BRANDING, MERCHANT OR SUPPLIER RELATIONSHIP AND JOINT DEVELOPMENT. BY READING AND UNDERSTANDING THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS YOU WILL AGREE NOT TO SUE CORPORATE PARTICIPANTS FOR BETROYAL.COM ISSUES.
BETROYAL.COM WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY KINDS DAMAGES, INCLUDING (BUT NOT LIMITED TO) COMPENSATORY, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, IN ANY WAY THEY HAVE BEEN CAUSED AND UNDER ANY ARGUMENT OF LIABILITY RELATED TO:
